Check your router/firewall. You may have a special security rule that cripples stratum protocol. It has happened to many users already.

already test, disable all filter/firewall at mikrotik, connect with tethering data on my smartphone. but still same "Job timeout, disconnect, retry in 20sec" have another solution?

FYI im test mining with .bat with another pool works. when i test .bat with nicehash pool still "Job timeout, disconnect, retry in 20sec"

Im cryptnight connection sucessfull, but in stratum, ethash, decred i have the problem
