Subscribed hoping for a solution other than disabling neoscrypt

Same with 6 3gb gtx 1060 cards. Wasn't a problem before 2.0.1.8. I've gone back to the legacy miner where I don't seem to have this problem since that algo was quite profitable for me.

I am getting same error on my 1060 3 GB Rig. I disabled neo for time being. Kevin, you are saying it works in Legacy? if so i will try that for time being also.

Edit: i read on reddit that some with the same problem fixed it by increasing their virtual memory to be equal to or greater than the amount of al lthe GPUs together. So in my case i have 6x 1060 3GB cards, so increasing it to 20 GB might fix it. I will try tomorrow when I have access to it and repost the results.

Ok Folks,

I increased my virtual memory to 51,200 (50 GB). Overkill perhaps but either way it seems to have worked.

Neo is working on all 6 cards. Unless it’s just a coincidence that seemed to solve the problem.

Another confirmation of increasing virtual memory fixing the problem. Mine was sitting around 22,000 so I made it 52,000. Restated and the 1060 benchmarked and jumped right on neoscrypt.

Thanks guys. It's working for me by increasing the virtual memory as you mentioned. Cheers!

I never did increase my virtual memory, but yesterday I re-installed 2.0.1.8 and neoscrypt has been mining just fine, no errors.

And yes @SouthernBeast, at the time, the legacy miner was running neoscrypt without any errors, with no different settings/modifications.

@Kevin Cool! I tried several things but it doesn't work. (I checked re-installing as well) It fixed just by increasing the virtual memory.
