Sensors not working after adding E1 hub via AqaraGateway

Hi anyone encountered this? I have managed to follow the 'NOT Flash' method of adding the E1 Hub into HA. However, afterwards, the sensors (I only have water sensors) no longer works to detect water leaks even at Aqara App. No notifications at all but sensors can be added to the E1 hub just the leak notification never works again.

I have then unpaired the sensors and pair it with G3 and they worked so the sensors are working.

Any ideas? Thanks.

check mqtt status of E1 hub.
