Remove NonFreeNet

Fdroid has the NonFreeNet antifeature.

  • Add the URL to na-ovoce.cz as a configuration option in the settings
    • [x] for upload #275
    • [x] for download #277
  • [ ] openstreetmap for rendering OpenStreetMap
  • [ ] World Imagery for rendering a satellite map
  • [ ] staticmap for fetching the map preview
  • [ ] www.quelltext.eu - http proxy
    • we can use a proxy as defined by https://github.com/square/okhttp/issues/2525
  • [ ] to remove the feature from the metadata.
