Ctrl+clicking links in editor to open them

Ctrl+clicking URLs in the editor should open them in a new window so the user doesn't need to find the link in the preview to see it.

According to http://stackoverflow.com/questions/26933344/codemirror-detect-and-create-links-inside-editor it won't be that easy...
