Add Arcs Line Join Type

Is it possible to add another, non-standard stroke-linejoin type?

It is called extrapolate or "arcs" join when the line continues along a given path.

Possible, yes, I like the idea but I don't have time to produce an implementation of this feature in the foreseeable future. I'll happily review a pull request if you or someone else steps up and propose an implementation.
