Clip-path support

Is clip-path support in the scope of Lyon ? https://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/single-page.html#masking-ClipPathProperty

I'd like it but it's a lot of work so in practice I can't promise I'll ever get to it as a supported feature in the tessellator. That said, today you can support clip paths by rendering the clipped content to a texture and then rendering that by tessellating the path of the clip and sampling from the texture.
