Enable pl35x nand driver in bluefin and zynq devices
We want to get pl35x-nand-controller.c run at device boot up. These changes will trigger pl35x-nand-controller to be run and therefore cause NAND related messages to be displayed in PUTTY. This is the first step to updating the NAND for bluefin in 6.6 kernel.
@gratian I realized I didn't rebase this on top of latest nilrt/master/6.6, then when I wanted to push my latest rebased changes the PR checks won't allow me. It complains about refusing to allow a PAT to create or update workflow without "workflow" scope. May I know what changes I need to make to get my commits rebased on top of latest nilrt?

It's ok, I figured it out. Just needed to create a new PAT with workflow enabled. thanks.
