Relax restrictions on inputs for HTTP palette

As currently written the HTTP palette requires all inputs to be specified and does not align with the optional / required inputs of the VI counterparts.

The required input restrictions on the HTTP palette should be loosened with appropriate unwired input detection added where necessary
