Allow more values to be configured.

I want to use this on Kubernetes. The DNS name of redis/mysql might be different. This is not yet backwards-compatible with the previous version, since it no longer accepts MYSQL_PORT_3306_TCP_PORT...

For some reason syncback isn't running by default; `inbox-api` should start it, but it isn't as far as I can tell.
