Example/demo needed for an organisational header with logoURL macro in use

What is the issue?

The organisation.logoURL Nunjucks macro for the header is described in the docs and markup, but there isn't a component example demonstrating it's use.

As part of this, the css for nhsuk-organisation-logo may need to be updated.

We added an example of an organisation header with static image in #1382. Do you think we can now close this issue @anandamaryon1 @colinrotherham?
