Emails not being sent

Hi,

We are self hosting on render.com, using sendgrid.com, everything is working great other than we receive no emails and sendgrid.com shows no activity. We turned on AUTH_LOG_LEVEL=error but there are no errors, and when using passwordless login via the client we get an 'OK' response back from the auth server. Any ideas, or a way of turning on more verbose logging?
