How to display month view when calendar is loaded on the screen

I started to play with the calendar and I can't make simple things to work. For example defaultView of the calendar is week but I want to display month and never change it.

I tried to set the attribute of the calendar to month, changing the calendar and onTuiCalendarCreate. This options are not working. When I try to set defaultView in ngOnInit I receive an error in console this.calendar is undefined.

How can I accomplish showing month view of calendar without selecting a dropdown?.
