엑셀 다운로드 이후 텍스트나누기 설정 시 엑셀 강제꺼짐 현상

엑셀 다운로드 이후 날짜항목 선택 => 텍스트나누기 => 날짜:년월일 로 적용하면 엑셀이 강제 종료됩니다. 현재 https://nhn.github.io/tui.grid/latest/ 샘플 페이지에서도 동일하게 오류 발생됩니다. 답변 전달 부탁드립니다.
