How to add an different html and markdown parser.

Summary

I want info on how to update the parser HTML and markdown parsers of the toast-UI editor.

Additional context

The requirement is the parser as we used a custom parser in the legacy editor so to synchronize my database data with the toast-UI editor need to change the parser. Currently the data is not properly rendered in the editor due to differences in the parsers of the editor. Anyone who can help with it?
