Can we highlight business hours like we can do in full-calendar ?

This calendar provides hourStart,hourEnd due to which other hours are hidden in day/week view. I want to show all 24hours and highlight business hours.

OR can we scroll to any hour ? e.g. scroll to 9am which is usually start of working hours ?

My use case is to have initial scrolling to 8:00 am.
