Add LibreOffice Calc quote handling information to docs

I've discovered Libre Calc is perfectly happy to save both single and double quotes in a way that the csv parser, javascript translator, etc are all happy with, except that by default it auto-corrects them to fancy curly quotes while you're typing. If you turn that off (or copy paste the quotes in instead of typing them normally) it works fine. I thought this might be worth adding to the javascript manual.

You can turn it off by going to Tools -> AutoCorrect Options -> Localized Options and unticking the 'Replace' checkboxes under Single Quotes and Double Quotes.
