Worlde Midi Controller bindings Not moving to new device

I have a Worlde Midi controller and the deivce number changed. I cannot get the plugin v 2.3.0 to move or copy the bindings to that new device.

Cannot toggle mute or stream/record on device. Turns on and immediately off.
