how can i disabled the signal when i set the transition bar?

hi,i'm using a ADC to control Transition Bar. here is the problem:

i only set a bliding,that loading CC Change to "Set Transition Bar" from 0-127 to 0-127. but,when i push the bar to 127 and release for about 1s,(auto release) at this moment,Transition bar=127,so transition to target scene. but this moment the data from CC is still 127,i have to push it back to reset it. this time(CC from 127-0) will set a wrong position to Transition bar.

so how can i solve this problem?did i need to change my PCB design or have a new setting? thanks!
