HasMany/HasManyToMany options missing

In Fluent NHibernate 1.3 there are some collection mapping options missing in HasMany/HasManyToMany chains:

  • Catalog
  • Unique
  • Loader
  • SqlInsert, SqlUpdate, SqlDelete, SqlDeleteAll
