    Users of your ICU must compile with -DU_STATIC_IMPLEMENTATION. Does that really mean that all downstream projects have to pass -DU_STATIC_IMPLEMENTATION to their C preprocessor?

  • [ ] Override ALL icu derivations, not just icu64.
