Second Default language

Current behavior

You can set a default language as fallback in ngx-translate. But no second fallback

Expected behavior

Would it be possible to set a second language as default ? Example: A word is not available in French. So the default language is english. But the word is also not available in english. Now it would be nice to be able to set the second default language (e.g. German).

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

I really need it. i18next has this feature, but I think ngx-translate is generally better and would not like to change.
