Ngx-Translate inside an custom angular library

hello , i've been working on creating an angular library but i need to add the ngx-translate to it i faced a lot of issues could you please gimme a way to get this working ?

I've come here looking for the same thing... is there any documentation that describes how to use ngx-translate in an angular library? I've searched online and all I found was people running into problems and complicated workarounds... is there a clean and "best" way to do this?
