Unresponsive Back Button When Gauges Viewed

  • Stream Deck Plugin and MSFS version
    • Stream Decl: 5.2.0.14948
    • MSFS: 1.22.2.0
  • Description of the issue & expected behavior
    • I have a folder that includes several gauges. The back button of the folder delays before working depending on the length of time the folder has been open. If open for a short time, the button works immediately. If it has been opened a long time, the delay is long, so much that it appears completely unresponsive.
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
    • Open folder that contains gauges.
    • Wait about 30 seconds and then press the back button.
    • The folder will go back to the previous folder after a noticeable delay.
    • Open a folder that contains gauges.
    • Hit the back button immediately.
    • The folder will go back immediately.
    • Open a folder that contains gauges.
    • Wait about two minutes.
    • There will be a very long delay.
  • If the issue happens consistently, an export of your profile would help tremendously.

This is interesting. Thanks for the very detailed description and the profile export. I'll try to reproduce this and fix this in the next update.

I think what happens here is that the gauge sends new images constantly to the Stream Deck, so if the deck is connected to a slow USB port, all the signal got queue up leading to increasing delay. I'll try to see if I can optimize this somehow.

In the mean time, could you please try to plug the Stream Deck to a USB 3.0 port to see if that improves the situation?
