Prefix support

Would be cool to have prefix & suffix support

IMO it would be better to support options in general from permissions than prefixes and suffixes. That way prefixes and suffixes are supported plus any other options you might want to utilize.

The only thing is that all permission plugins or chat plugins in general use diffrent api's

No options are part of sponge's permission API. All permission plugins support them one way or another.

I will eventually implement options to allow getting prefix/suffix/template from permission services instead of only from JSON config as of now.
