Access Terminal Window Enhancements

The current deployment of the terminal window would be even more useful if a couple of helper functions were applied. For example listradar would list all Vradar instances currently active, etc.

It is a good I idea, but not even I'm using this plug-in.

:) Me either, but some day it could be useful if other plugins are added. Keep around as a future reminder.
