added conversion of named notes to note numbers

Hi! Thank you for the SFZ converter, turned out to be very useful! While converting the "Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra" (http://sso.mattiaswestlund.net/) I found out, that valid SFZ files may contain note numbers as well as note names in the XML file (as stated here http://drealm.info/sfz/plj-sfz.xhtml ). I wrote a conversion method that transparently handles string representations of note number and note names to produce string representations of note numbers (apparently) suitable for bitwig.

Hi,

Thanks for the contribution! I will test it this weekend and include it in the next release. I recently found out that bitwig doesn't like mono samples, I'm currently implementing a mono-stereo conversion. I will make a new release as soon as I've finished it.

Tested it with the Ivy Piano 162 (http://ivyaudio.com/Piano-in-162), this works works brilliantly!
