Design: UI Changes for Landing, Auth Pages

My PR closes #456

Changes proposed

What were you told to do ?

Change 1 Take a look at the width of the input boxes on the right, i want the same width for the input box, headings on the left for User Register Page

Change 2 For all the Login/Logout pages i want the placeholder to be visible only for mobiles I want the button, forgot password etc left aligned for the DESKTOP

Change 3 I want the first box to go up by some pixels with increased font size I want the second box (buttons) to go up by some pixels too, no changes in font

What did you do ?

Implemented all the above mentioned changes.
