Pushbullet support

Would it be possible to add the possibility to send the log to pushbullet via an app token?

I think telegram would be probably a better alternative… Pushbullet is loosing users and Telegram is gaining still gaining support although slowly until WhatsApp messes it up (Facebook will do it and it will surface). their API support and flexibility to use channels and bots its unsurpassed.
