Update for 0.3.2 and raycaster automatic update

Based on feedback from Kevin regarding the raycaster automatic update, I've updated the image gallery boilerplate as follows:

  • removed the custom update-raycaster component
  • bumped to the latest A-Frame version (0.3.2) and pulling from the rawgit CDN
  • consolidate the additional components requests to the K-Frame bundle
  • added link to load nunjucks engine to avoid lazy-loading console warning
