Remove docker-compose.yaml from the root of the repository.

Having this docker-compose.yaml file there makes it confusing for new people like me to instantly get started with this project.

The readme on the docker hub page is also out of date as it does not reflect the changes that have been made in the project.

Please change the readme on docker hub and remove the old docker-compose file

Horrible way to "clean up" issues btw.. This is still a problem as the file still exists
