Set endpoint to domain name

Is it possible to set the endpoint to a domain name in the case of having a Dynamic IP? or it it possible to detect changes to the endpoint IP and automatically restart the container?

At least in my setup setting a domain name in Endpoint Addresse works with Dynamic IP. This is refected in the client conf:

[Peer]
...
Endpoint = vpn.#####.###:51820
...

[stale[bot]]
