I can't find a licence either, reviewing https://help.github.com/articles/open-source-licensing/ suggests that the original author retain all rights to the source code and that nobody else may reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from your work.

The exception to this within GitHub where other can view and fork the repository.

Unless a licence is uploaded by the original author this project is dead.
