Database Conflict

When I add a new entry in 7Pass (v 3.5.0.0) on Win Phone 7 Mango and sync to a db stored on SkyDrive, I receive a Database Conflict error and the phone local database is uploaded to SkyDrive as a new database with the original filename with (7Pass' conflicted copy 2012-08-07) appended. On the PC I am using KeyPass 2.19 with a local database sync'd to the SkyDrive database.

the same issue is happening even if i upload to Dropbox.
