Work with other sync providers

I've recently been experimenting with BitTorrent Sync as a way to synchronize files across my various devices without storing them in anyone else's "cloud". It has worked very well for all of my devices except for my phone, where I use 7Pass. Since 7Pass already works with Sky/OneDrive, DropBox, etc, would it be possible to make it work with local files as well? Then BTSync can be in charge of updating the file.
