HotkeysModule and hotkeysShortcut pipe is not exported in 4.0.0

Upgraded to the latest 4.0.0, however this broke my code because apparently HotkeysModule and hotkeysShortcut are no longer available.

Is this on purpose and it's just that Readme needs to be updated?

Anyone else seeing this?
