Structure being rendering planar

Hello, guys. I built an application that allows users to visualize a structure based on custom PDBs, but sometimes the structure shows a lite bit weird such as the picture below:

It looks like the structure is being generated in a planar view.

Can you check that your custom PDB really follows the PDB format? One way a planar output can be caused is if parts of coordinates are cutof because they are not in the right column.
