Docker needs to expose port

I was trying out the docker implementation and I found that you can't actually connect to the running container.

The docker file does contain: Expose 8888

When running the container you also need to expose the port.

eg. docker run -p 8888:8888 -d image_name

the -d also stands for deattached.
