Update docker image workflow is failing

As a maintainer of NGF I want a workflow that automatically updates the nginx image within the NGF image So that I do not need to update the nginx image manually.

Acceptance

  • Any time there is a new build of an nginx image used in the last release, NGF is rebuilt with that new nginx build image.
