feat: remove captest.sh from project and update documentation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The capability test runs into issues with some of the workstation based distributions, which was why it was created in the first place. Rather than expend time on this, we should remove it and just put additional information into the documentation since these capabilities are fairly common as requirements in K8 projects.
