Integrate NGINX KIC Virtual Server with Bank of Anthos

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Refactor ingress logic from the BoA frontend application to the NGINX KIC using virtual server routes.

Describe the solution you'd like All traffic should go through the NGINX KIC; the frontend python program will need to be maintained for now as it does contain logic required to setup sessions, although this could potentially be refactored.

Describe alternatives you've considered None.
