Hi, thanks in advance. I'm trying to understand what OSS is used in the image. Is this documented anywhere?

Not really? You can look at the various Dockerfiles and check what packages are installed https://github.com/nginxinc/docker-nginx-unprivileged/blob/main/Dockerfile-alpine-slim.template#L43-L53 (and add NGINX to the list) but there is no centralized list.
