API: Route-Execution Info Endpoint

Currently it could be hard to find out what routes matches given request meta data like uri, hostname, other HTTP headers, etc.

An API endpoint able to match a request including such values and response with the configuration path to the control endpoint to update the route would be huge benefit.

This issue is in subject to change and will be a working document to document ideas and comments.
