Grafana patch not working

Hi !

I know this is not a priority for you guys but I would like to point out that your current Grafana setup page does not work anymore. I see in the patch that it was made in 2020 and that it is quite old. I also tried to make it work with your manual fixes but that didn't work too.

Does anyone have a working one for the recent versions of Grafana ?
