Add python3.14 docker images

Python 3.14 is out, this allows using it with unit in docker.

Btw, why the images at https://hub.docker.com/_/unit are not up to date? (They are for 1.34)

It was a decision that was made to make a final 1.35 release (but no packaging) before Unit officially entered "Unsupported" state.
The Unit repository is now in the process of being archived.
Yes, none of this has been particularly well communicated.
