Add ability to attach/detach ISOs

As part of facilitating an automated deployment of virtual appliances that use ISOs to provide additional configuraiton context, the ability to attach and detatch ISOs is necessary. This provides some feature parity to vmware ansible collections that can perform the same for ESXi-based hypervisors.

I am close on a PR, but wanted to submit an issue for tracking purposes.
