ansible-collection-cloudstack This collection broken in Cloudstack 4.19

@resmo It appears the python module used in this collection is broken with Cloudstack 4.19 and those maintainers "..no longer have interest in maintaining this library.."

@CodeBleu thanks for the hint. I would like to see is it under the cloudstack apache project. That would be very useful.

This is a bit of a showstopper for us, unfortunately. I'm not willing to build a dependence on something that's unmaintained. I'd really like to be able to use this collection, hopefully we see a resolution to this issue.

I have offered to take over the maintenance of this library. It is quite small and I have also contributed a little to it in the past, the maintenance effort is expected to be low.

Count me in for being willing to assist. I've taken a fork to my own enterprise repository to add some new things (e.g., attach ISO).
