Fix port forward rule creation for primary IP of default NIC

Tests: Created an Isolated & VPC network with multiple NICS

  • Tried creating port-forward rule for primary IP on default NIC - PASS
  • Tried creating port-forward rule for secondary IP on default NIC - PASS
