Additionally, I have updated and listed all necessary dependencies in requirements.in to ensure the seamless execution of the first tutorial notebook 01-AMASS_Visualization.ipynb. This update aims to provide a ready-to-go environment for newcomers and regular contributors, aiding in the quick setup and engagement with the tutorial content.
