invalid option -H when running on zpool mode on FreeNAS-11.3-U5

script enters a loop on zpool mode on freenas with the following error:

invalid option 'H'
usage:
	iostat [-v] [-T d|u] [pool] ... [interval [count]]

it must be due to this line

Oh, so it seems like FreeNAS 11.3 now sadly is not compatible anymore. Is upgrading to a recent / supported version of TrueNAS possible for you?
